District’s 28 bar and reception offers a modern but stylish atmosphere, fully transformable to accommodate any event.

This is the largest of the studios and is perfect for weddings, art exhibitions, fashion shows, and corporate events. It also has a fully functioning kitchenette, a bridal suite/green room and washrooms. It can accommodate up to 700 guests for a cocktail reception or 400 for a seated dinner.This is a multi-purpose room suitable for cocktail receptions, corporate events, and midnight buffets. It can accommodate up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception or 70 for a seated dinner.This space has a 900 square foot Cyclorama (concaved curtain) creating the “Wow” factor feeling when inside. Its elevated ceilings and ability to project directly onto the wall, make this space unique. Suitable for weddings, corporate events, and parties. It can accommodate up to 250 guests for a cocktail reception or 120 for a seated dinner.The screening room seats 30 guests and can be used in conjunction with any of the above event spaces, perfect for corporate events, and film screenings. The room has a Barco 4K projector and 17 x 11 foot screen.This chic industrial space creates a warm and inviting atmosphere and is ideal for any event.
