Located in the Old Town area of Toronto, the St Lawrence Hall was built in 1850 and its purpose was to be Toronto’s meeting hall for public gatherings, exhibitions and concerts. The hall was fully restored by the city of Toronto in 1967 to make the Canadian Centennial, and was designated as a National Historic Site of Canada. The Hall has three distinctive rooms full of character and style and can be rental together, creating the perfect venue location.
The Great Hall
The Great Hall has a vaulted gold, blue and salmon coffered ceiling, and complimenting this is an impressive gas-lit chandelier withglass wall lights surrounding the room. A cozy fireplace, wood floors, six windows with additional loft arched windows, making this room a spectacular backdrop for any event. The room is approximately 2,850 square feet and can accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner without a dance floor, and 150 with a dance floor.
East Room
The East Room is approximately 858 square feet and can accommodate up to 60 guests theatre style.
VIP Room
The VIP Room has hard wood floors,neutral tone wall colour,wall paneling, making this room feel warm and intimate.
