From bamboo flooring to 18 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling widows letting natural light in as well as beautiful crystal chandeliers, and flickering candles, creates an open undefined spacious environment awaiting your next event.
The Richmond is committed to reducing the environmental footprint of each event to a minimum. This is achieved by products they use and the way they work with suppliers. Their goal is to have zero landfill refuse at the end of the event. The Richmond states that any leftover food or non-alcoholic beverages are donated to the YMCA Youth Shelter in their neighborhood. All paper, cans, glass, plastic containers and cardboard products are recycled. The Richmond is also powered by Bullfrog Power, which provides energy from clean emission free sources.
The Richmond’s combined main floor and mezzanine of approximately 1600 square feet, can accommodate up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception or 90 guests for a seated dinner. Perfect for weddings, galas, product launches, art shows, book signings, birthdays, anniversaries and, corporate events.
